I made these Virgencitas in honor of the Virgencita de Guadalupe and her celebration on December 12. I made only 12, and each one is hand-painted with a different design. For these pieces, I created two different color approaches. For the first 6, I used dark colors as the fill colors and light colors for the outlines and details. For the other 6, I did the inverse, using light colors as the fill and dark colors for the outlines and details.

Slightly Imperfect: This particular piece has a minor hole near the lower left cheek caused by a trapped air bubble during the plaster pouring process. This minor imperfection is reflected in the reduced price.
